are where most of my new writing on M/s appears. The IE website will stay
online indefinitely to host the IE Essays and lili's writings.
lili and I pursued our M/s relationship from 2000 to 2008, and lili has kindly given her permission for these essays and posts to remain here, in the hope that submissives and slaves will continue to be helped and inspired by them.
Things i like...number 1: Men with beards

Well...i guess that's not strictly true - i don't like
ALL men with beards (Santa may be cute but i don't get
an overwhelming desire to kneel at his feet - although i
would consider a little begging for reasons other than
his beard - but i digress).
IMO there is definately something extremely attractive
about men with beards. Perhaps it's the fact that (most)
women can't grow a beard that makes a bearded man seem
so - well - masculine. But that's not the only reason i
prefer men with beards. After all there are lots of
other things about men that make them men - but you
won't find me swooning at football matches, sweaty
socks, or hairy backs (just kidding guys!)
Judging by the number of "this is gonna make you really
attractive to women without cutting your face to
ribbons" advertisements on TV, i'm guessing my love of
the beard is not something i generally share with others
of my gender.
With the exception of the seriously swoon-worthy Viggo
Mortensen (Aragorn) in LOTR - even the box office
falls into the "most women prefer face-scrapers"
doctrine. Take "Cold Mountain" for example -
(SPOILER WARNING - miss the rest of this paragraph if
you haven't seen Cold Mountain yet)
- brilliant film but Jude Law walks the length and
breadth of America to get back to Nicole and the first
thing he's going to do is shave the beard!!! you gotto
be kidding me, right?!
Naah...give me the beard anyday - although i have to
concede it helps if its on a face belonging to someone
tall, dark and handsome...did i mention slightly
sadistic and... well ...you know the rest.....
